At Ironfangknife.com, we go the extra mile to get all orders fulfilled and successfully delivered as soon as possible, since we completely understand that the order arriving on time for your special occasions is essential. Please check out our shipping obligations below:

Please keep in mind that your package’s Estimated Arrival = Handing time + Shipping time. We ship 
- Handing process: 2-3 days includes order fulfillment based on your personalization, quality checks to ensure that every item reaches our customers in the best condition, and packaging.
- Shipping time: 7-14 days is calculated from the day your order leaves our door to your delivery address. Keep in mind that Production and Shipping times vary based on item types and delivery locations.
  • Only U.S domestic orders

 

    ORDER TRACKING

    Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order on the TrendingCustom.com website's "Track order" page using your order number and email. Alternatively, log in to your account and visit My Account > My Order.

    During busy occasions like Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, or Christmas, production and delivery times may be extended. Cut-off times are publicly displayed on our website, and we DO NOT guarantee on-time arrival or take responsibility for late deliveries for orders placed after cut-off dates.


    SHIPPING FEE

    Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. It depends on the shipping location and the items’ weight. You may need to pay extra when your order has to go through customs.

    Free Standard Shipping will automatically be applied for orders satisfying ALL conditions below:
    • U.S domestic orders
    • Over $70 after applying any available discount code

     

    DELIVERY AREAS

    Our products only can be shipped to the US, except for:
    • Item cannot be shipped to a P.O. address. In this case, we need your physical address to ensure a safe and quick delivery.
    • We cannot ship to Army addresses, but we are looking into how our products can be delivered to these places.
    Kindly be advised that we cannot ship your order to a non-postal address or multiple addresses. Please provide us with your mailing address or place separate orders in case you want to ship each item to different places.

    INCORRECT ADDRESS

    Please make sure all details, including the recipient’s name, are CORRECT. Otherwise, the items may be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. TrendingCustom.com is NOT responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of your order due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.

    Changing your address is eligible within 2 hours of placing your order. Modifications are not possible after this period.

    We may reach out to confirm your shipping address if issues arise, such as incorrect city, state spelling, or ZIP code. Please note that timely delivery cannot be guaranteed in these situations.
